Good morning gents
I am new to the Amps reflector
as I now have a Henry 3K-A that I need help with
It was running fine
I noticed an excessive jump in power out
and went to dial the input power to the amp back
grid current at that moment (before dialing back was 250 maybe 300)
dialed it back to under 1100 watts
then dialed the input back to where it was
and the grid had settled down to "normal" with aprox 1200 watts out
with drive at 85 watts
next morning amp was dead
by dead I mean 85 watts in and only 2.85 watts out
I did a visual check on every thing with a bright flash light and found no
obvious burned components
any ideas ?????
