You can also take a glass jar with the appropriate internal diameter, wrap
around the side a shoe lace soaked in lamp oil, light it. When spent just
pour a spoon of cold water over the glass: it will crack quite nice. You can
spend a couple of old jars to get the knack of it.
Edge finishing is done with a piece of emery cloth and a sanding block. I
did it for a pair of 4CX250 tubes.

I don't think I've seen Teflon pipe in a size that big. If it is made, it is
probably astronomically expensive. You are probably better off getting sheet
and wrapping it into a tube. See www.smallparts.com.
