The MKV DEFINATELY has a menu setting for delaying the RF after amp-key.  I no 
longer have a MKV so I don't remember the menu setting.  BUt it is there.  I 
had to adjust it to a longer delay (20oms did the trick) until I modified my 
amp for QSK.
