Try De-Oxit. Caig chemical cos. General chemicals markets it under "De-Ox-Id".
I have used it in the past with VERY good results.

Hoping someone here can help me more than Ameritron or the Ameritron list. I
have a sticking t/r relay that is no longer available from Ameritron. The
usual suggestion from the company is the "dollar bill cleaning trick, or bond
paper". I am wondering if I can use deoxit on the contacts without damaging
them. They are gold plated. Also if someone has a relay that they would like
to sell (nos or in good working dondition) or knows where I can get a
replacement I would really appreciate it very much.
  Thanks,
  Norm
