Actually it started out as an add for the Van<:-)), but apparently the
Heathkit is the driver with the amp using a pair of 3CX3000s. That
must be why it has 6 of those big alternators. Alas, he apparently found
that a pair of 3CX3000s is hardly worth mentioning when in those
contests. Apparently there will be some photos of the custom amp soon.
I was more interested in the Heathkit SB230 which is starting to pull in
the bids. Item# 200489222783. I had a really nice one I picked up on a
trade and IIRC didn't have more than a couple hundred in it. But<sigh>
that was a good 30 years ago.
