eBay is not breaking the rules nor could they be held responsible. It is
the seller who would be breaking the law. Several court cases have held
eBay is not responsible for the doings of the sellers whether it be
counterfeit goods, copyright violations, trademark violations, fraud,
FCC rules, etc.
