When calculating the "worst case scenario" (a setting that uses too high 
an L into a very low impedance) according to the Palstar AT-5K manual a 
solid key down carrier the losses would still be a fraction of that 165 
watts.

My antenna for 75 is resonant out of the band, until I get a chance to 
prune it...again, yet I notice no warmth on the tuner cabinet above 
ambient running the legal limit.
NOTE the AT-5K does have a fan in it.
