[Amps] HV diodes in Henry Amp

Can the two "bar style" HV rectifiers in this amp's power supply be 
replaced with strings of 1N5408? This amp was a present and I know that 
the only problem it had was the rectifiers, but it has been sitting 
(well, standing, the mother is HEAVY!) for a few years now.  I was also 
wondering what the best procedure would be for putting it back on the 
air. It has a 3CX 1200 tube.
