[Amps] TL 922A

I have a Kenwood TL 922A with the following problem ...On 40,80 and 160 meters 
the amp works fine..On 20 ,15 and 10 meters at 10 watts of drive and above the 
amp RF output power goes to zero..Plate ,grid current and high voltage are 
correct..Bias voltage is correct...Changed tubes three times...anyone 
experience this problem ?
