I never heard of a AC supplied ART-13 but that doesnt mean it wasnt
available for some application. The normal use was in airplanes and a 28V
dynamotor supply was used to supply 1000VDC to the 813 and 811 (non A)
modulators.

Since the ART-13 saw military and civilian service well into the 50's and
some even much later, a special application doesnt surprise me and likely
with 811A modulators to take the extra voltage.

I use an ART-13 once in awhile on AM with a HB 1300V PS .
