If the empty lug is up front by the input cover that was the old "cut the green wire to activate 10M trick"

If you type in any of the senior AL's into Google there are lots of photos since the RF part is the same, just the tube stuff changes.

Would someone on the list happen to have an AL-82 apart and be able to take a closeup picture of the RF deck from the open side (bandswitch on left)? In doing some routine maintenance on an amp I purchased last year I see what looks to be some mods mods plus a ground lug to which nothing is attached....suspicious!
