I found something remarkable concerning the Freescale ldmos 1.25KW.

There are two identical types, the only difference is the last number which
is either R5 or R6.

I have an R5.

Freescale it seems has changed all their LDMOSs on its website to R6.

Does anyone know the difference between old & new?
