It is against EBAY policy but some folks do remove items if they can make a 
private sale
and get out of paying EBAY. 
  Ebay quit doing anything about illegal amplifier sales many years ago. Just 
could not
handle the complaints and often the items are listed as 10meter amateur 
amplifiers.
It looked like it had an antenna tuner mounted under the chassis for impedance 
matching.
3 knobs. Just like the smaller MFJ knob pattern.
  It could be a modified Henry 2k or 5kW plasma generator. That would explain 
some of 
the nicely commercially built hardware. The  only difference between the two is 
 that 
the 2kW has one plate transformer and the 5k has two wired up in parallel. It 
is maybe
the only one of that power level that uses single phase power.
