[Amps] strip line design

Hello builders,

A quick question about strip line design.

Does it matter or make much difference where the B+ is attached to the 
stripline?  I've seen a couple designs where it is connected close to the tube, 
others where it is half way down  the strip line.

Is there any rhyme or reason behind where B+ attaches?
