As near as I can tell, SB-220's go for about $500 in working condition, less if they need maintenance. One in really superb condition with all upgrades might go for $600. $500 seems to be typical. I paid $500 for mine. It appeared to be in working condition with soft-start and soft-key, but the PS caps were still original and the soft-key wasn't keying properly.
