What might it cost of someone made and sold a filter like this?

For a homebrew driver source, variously rated 10w, 120w, and for
an amp 600w and 1200/1500w?

## This is an ingenious use of a Diplexer.   I dont see a reason why this 
concept
could not be scaled up to the 1500++ level.  If you look closely at his 
schematics, its just
a LP + HP filter....with a 50 ohm dump resistor on the output of the HP filter. 

##  harmonics..esp the 3rd, are not reflected back to the transistors like a 
typ LP filter....degrading IMD.
Instead the harmonics are eaten up by the dump resistor.
