Capability Creep.  
It's like the guy who wanted a crowbar to lift an engine 1/4" to replace motor 
mounts.  He's offered a new Whiz-Bang Green Fang transistorized crowbar so he 
can check his email, watch the ball game and place a bid at the car auction, 
while changing motor mounts.    

"Just gimme a crowbar!"
