[Amps] eme amp power loss

my gs35 eme amp for 144 was running along at 500w in 1 min cycles when a short 
burning smell was noted. The 220 breaker tripped and reset with no problem. Now 
the power output dropped to 300w with no further problems after 2 more hours of 
operation. power supply volts and amps are normal , no arcing or smell of any 
kind, tube or component ? comments...k5gw, if you see this give me a
