Yes. I replaced all of the electrolytics and equalizing/bleeder resistors. No sense in continuing to use the 40 year old electrolytics - some had a bubble in the rubber. I also yanked out the equalizing resistors and caps across the diodes. Lots of gunk built up there. Not really needed with modern diodes.
