[Amps] FL-2100B Plate Choke

Has anyone successfully installed a third party plate choke into an 
FL-2100B?   If so, what problems did you run into?
And if so, although this is not that important, will it work on 17M and 
12M and will the tuned input circuit allow use on the WARC bands also?
