Would anyone have a copy of the datasheet for this RF transistor? I have
one in an old KLM 2M amp 4-160BL. It works, but get this - it separated
from the heat spreader! I have some heat conducting glue thats been curing
all day. I'm hoping that works because I have absolutely no information on
a replacement other than some schematics I found online (but none are
exactly for this model). It's too bad because this amp has 100+ watts out
with just an HT.
