How accurately does NEC4.1 model in ground, on ground and very low (12' @
1.8MHz) elevated radials and over all real world soil conditions?
(Including my Very Poor  1mS/m rockpile)
Have there been a sufficient number of real world tests to fine tune the
algorithims? 

Spring is approaching and I would really want to make some improvements
to my 160M verticals but all the comments about elevated radials has me
very confused.
