I'll have to second that.  It only takes a little accidental nick to give a 
breakdown a place to start.  I've wound transformers with *double* 
thermaleze and had them arc at QRO levels.  Thermaleze inside teflon tubing 
has withstood everything, including nearby lightning strikes, the kind of 
induction that evaporates typical beverage components (no resistors, no 
wires, no transformer, no nuthin left).
