David,
the relay will work but you don't necessarily need one. The antenna should
cover 160 and 80 meters as is. To bring it into resonance on 80 meters a bit
of length adjustment might be in order.
I very recently built a similar antenna for 40, 80 and 160 meters. The 33'
vertical has a loading coil and stinger for 80 and a loading coil and top
hat for 160 meters. Automatic band switching.
NEC will help you with this.
