Hi guys,

I'm getting very close to W.A.S. on the RS satellites.  I need
only the 4 states listed in the subject line.  Any of you who are
in or who have a good suggestion for these states, please contact
me.  RS-10 requires an all-mode 2 meter radio for the uplink, and
a regular-ol' HF transceiver for the 10 meter downlink.  RS-12 is
even easier--a dual VFO HF transceiver can handle the 15 meter
uplink and the 10 meter downlink.
