corrections to CQWW.CTY from 1992 SSB contest

I noticed some problems with the CQWW.CTY file this weekend:

1.  KC4 was removed from Antarctica prefix list.  KC4/W6REC was active from
    there - we worked him on 2 bands, but probably missed other spots.

2.  AM92 and EG92 stations were in Spain, not Ceuta/Melilla.

3.  I believe 4N9A was in Yugoslavia (what's left of it).

4.  Anyone catch QTH of 4L4Q (or was it 4L3Q)?
