If you have FTP, you might connect to oak.oakland.edu or any
of the other SIMTEL20 mirrors. On oak.oakland.edu, in the
/pub/msdos/keyboard directory, there are many, many programs
available for keyboard rearrangement.
Wish I could make a suggestion as to which to try but, unfortunately,
I'm not familiar with any of the programs. :-( Anyway, good luck!
