YES! Let's get as much data as is possible out on CD-ROMs. Of course,
decision of the judges is final, would have to rule for contests.
The idea of an electronic bureau/clearinghouse for DXCC/WAS credit is
also great. Among other things, it would probably finally give us a
standard electronic log format.
