I am sure many of you have run into this problem but this is the first
time for me.
I won the ARRL 10 Meter contest in December 1993 (Phone Only/Low Power/SO)
with a score that beat everyone except one in the entire Central Region.
In the past I have received the wallpaper from the ARRL within a few weeks
from the July QST after the results were published. I have yet to receive
the award from the ARRL.
Who do I contact at the ARRL about this? Phone calls? Internet?
Sure would hate to not have this one on the wall; 10 was dead but I sweated
out a 740Q performance with a small tribander and 100 watts from the Black
Hole (tm).

Hey, that's nothing. I'm still waiting for a certificate from the RSGB
for our Field Day from June 1993. The story goes that new certificates
are being designed / printed (well that was the story November '93).
Must be one hell of a certificate to take 14+ months to produce!
