I'm not sure if it came over the contest or dx
reflector, but KH6BZF seems to have hit on the best
solution to the various complaints about this or
that contest and how it just isn't fair:
If you don't like what is going on in a particular
contest, then just turn your radio off !!! It works
for me and my blood pressure stays normal. Two
additional points for good contest mental health:
  1) Don't send in a log if you don't like a
contest.Someday the ARRL will figure out why they
get more DX contest entries from Maine than SJV,
or why they get so few entries in general, and they
might make some positive changes.
  2) Don't read K1AR's column in CQ. John doesn't
extend himself too much past CQWW and it can be very
humbling reading each month about all the problems
a good multi-multi faces. Or about a QRPer that lives
40 miles from the ocean and works stuff that us
prairie-dwellers can't even hear much less work.
