Take a look at Logic 4 from PDA. Though currently a Windows 3.1 based
product, it runs well under 95 and Dennis WN4AZY is completing a 32
bit version.

In a nutshell, it does a bunch of contests with provided screen
formats, any modes your tnc will do, packetcluster spotting in voice
or cw, keeps log tallies for must awards, qsl labels and manager
database, slices, dices,............ check out their web page.
