[CQ-Contest] CBers on 10M

I'LL bet not many of the CBers know Morris Code--- The 10M Test does have a
CW only entry, and I think  a cw entry who spent a lot of time in the
suggested freqs in the Novice subband could have a great low power time,
and not be bothered by pirate stations.  10M SSB subbands by their nature
seem to be attractive to the CBers.
