[CQ-Contest] ARRL Contest Log Acknowledgment

Folks, I received this note from Billy Lunt today.  They must be 
swamped with work, but trying hard to acknowledge log arrivals as 
indicated below.  This has saved me putting the disc in the mail  
before the end of the year.
