Yes Labrador is part of Newfoundland. In fact the only place in the
world (and this
includes the rest of Canada) that can use the VO prefix is Newfoundland.
That was
part of the agreement when Newfoundland joined Canada. So you will never
hear
a legit VO6 from Alberta etc.
I don't know who was running the station but I am sure they were in
Labrador.
I didn't work you in the test, sorry but you could have helped my score
to greater
heights.
