Chasing mults in a Sprint is a real trick! If I hear a new mult and it is
not his freq, I will wait til he is done (or almost done) then go up at
least 1 khz and cq. That is how I got VE6EX- not sure he was calling any
CQ's, just answering them.
Re logging program: I, too, used n6tr4.05 for the first time. I suppose the
later versions are better than this shareware version- but I hated it! It
took almost all control out of the op's hands, sent stuff that was not
programmed in (callsign, QRZ, etc), and did not keep track of multipliers.
I have been using an old version of NA for NAQP and Sprints, and will go
back to it after this.
BTW- how did you make 285 Q's and not work me??
