On my trip to Z2, I just went into the line that said "Nothing to
Declare" Everything was fine, and we even left some electronics
there. You could probably do it legally, just as long as you don't
plan on selling the monitor.
And another word of advice:
If you can, get the radio and as many station accessories (not to go
over 30 kG) as carryon. From my experience with British Dropways.
