For your information... I spoke with Billy Lunt last week.
The ARRL had a problem with their server last week. They
DID NOT lose any file (as that is what they thought as of
last week), but it was taking them some time to retrieve
the files which had already been submitted.
For what it may be worth, I received my confirmation of
receipt of V31TP logs just this morning.
