[CQ-Contest] Audio Mixing

There was a piece in the ARRL handbook  years back about
building an audio mixer -  it reappeared in the 1997 handbook, 
page 22.31 - "An Expandable Headphone Mixer". I don't have 
a problem with the 2 radio thing - I don't have room for two 
antennas....
