Big DITTO from here!
Cut numbers suck! (except 0 and 9)

Also what happened to three digit serial number? (or two digit zone number?)

CQ says:
Exchange: RS(T) report plus a progressive contact three-digit serial number
starting with 001 for the first contact. (Continue to four digits if past
999.)

Some people send just one or two digit, try to get it with weak signal - is
it 2 or 22 or 222? If one sends TT2, there is no question.

Me thinks that cut numbers (might) save some time to the sending station, but
if repeats are necceassary, whatsa saving?

Whats next? Abbreviated numbers in the callsigns? Like VAAA, thats VA1A -
cool!

Yuri KVBU, VAAA
still brain damaged from noisy and empty wpx top band
Love no-zero points QSOs!
