[CQ-Contest] SS Band Change Rule

I read the SS rules on page 88 of October QST. The way I see it there is no
limit on band changes per hour for single op. The rules specifically state
"there is no limitation on the number of band changes" for multi op, but it
doesn't say one way or the other for single op. To me this means the dreaded
six band changes per hour stuff has died a well deserved death. 

Or, am I mis-informed?
