Quite true. As a matter of fact, they don't even address it. But
your attempts to disguise interference with another name is
merely an attempt to justify what is apparently your belief.

Again, you are merely using semantics. Communicating is clearly
defined by any dictionary as an exchange of information. The fact
that it may be my name, location, or such vs a quick 59905 has
absolutely nothing to do with your comments.

Well, again you are distorting the rule. If a station is in
communications and you interfere with him, that's deliberate. And
Riley has clearly stated that.
It has absolutely nothing to do with the other station's
equipment or skills.

Your obvious thoughts concerning this thread are that you can do
anything you wish and get away with it.

My thoughts are that a definitive list of calls is emerging which
will
be written down and posted. And I will file a complaint with the
FCC and the
sponsor if you try your interpretation. Your little joke at the
beginning about moving up on the list is going to sound less
amusing when you find yourself disqualified, and the subject of
several letters of complaint to the FCC concerning your
operation.

And by no means imply you are being singled out. I don't know how
long the list will be, but it's already greater than 2.
