[CQ-Contest] "LAST 2" -Last One

Whole calsign should be given. Partial calls do not help on the receive end,
nor make things faster. The only technique I heard speeding up rate was
4U1UN operated by K2GM. He used Last Letter One Time Only scheme, that
worked for him extremely well.
