The ARRL contest results back to 1997 are available on the web at:
http://www.arrl.org/contests/results/ You can find this link from the
main ARRL Contest Branch page (it's near the top):
http://www.arrl.org/contests/

I do not think that CQ contest results are generally available in electronic
format. The CQWW site (http://www.cqww.com/) has records, but no results.
The CQ WPX Contest site (http://home.woh.rr.com/wpx/) has 2000 SSB results,
but nothing for CW or other years...

Past NCJ contest results are available on CD-ROM, as part of the NCJ
CD-ROM product sold by the ARRL. Past ARRL contest results are similarly
available on CD-ROM in the QST CD-ROM product.
