Before we begin with this project, we need to protect it against
likely future squabbles with some sort of "public license". If we
are contributing to the CQ-Contest reflector without a public
license, we will be making the content all copyrighted by W4AN.
Not that he would be a bad steward for this project, but it would
be reassuring if the contributions of many contesters didn't
automatically become the property CQ-Contest, then couldn't
by some nasty twist of fate (sale of business, bankruptcy,
incapacitation, death, etc.) become the property of someone
like Wayne Green. We all know the story, for instance, of what
has become the fate of John Lennon and Paul McCartney's
published music from the Beatle's.
Then, it would be useful if the "book" became a web page and
a reflector of it's own. How about it, Bill?
