Tony, the CT conversion does not output country data. It's expected that
the logging program can figure this out. I don't want to have to implement
a callsign parser.
Now if K1EA wants to integrate the ADIF writer into CT, I could add the
ARRL country index into the country file. But I'm not sure I'm willing to
buy into this, or Ken is.
