And so do K/W's.  I operate W5RRR from time to time and when I ask for
W-K/VE to standby so I can work some of the DX calling, they DO standby.  If
I screw up and forget to say "QRZ DX Only, Please", then they respond
accordingly. But, that's my fault.  :-)
