[CQ-Contest] Kansas QSO party ?

I was wondering if someone could help me with Kansas QSO party rules. 
The contest was supposed to be held on last weekend of January, now I 
can't find any info on 2003, is the contest on for this year at all ? 
 Any info would be highly appreciated.
