[CQ-Contest] Figuring TakeOff Angles?

The easiest way is to buy yourself a copy of the ARRL Antenna Book, and
install the YT software that comes with it.  YT includes a pre-calculated
set of tables that show the likely arrival angles from one QTH to another.

Otherwise, most propagation software packages will give you the exact
arrival angle for any given time of day from any QTH to another.
