I did work this guy, and then he realised that VK is somehow associated
with QRMing YI. I think the guy was just passionate and was his way of
expressing things which even us in VK are now suppressed from openly
discussing. While he actually responded to my call he did not delay me.
Unsporting ->NO, inappropriate ->YES, but far less of an issue than some of
the deliberate QRM and anti-contest venom (by a VK6 dude) which found its
way into my receiver.
