[CQ-Contest] LOTW Again!

AMAZING!  So long now people have been begging
for some kind of electronic QSO log collection
system so they can have EASY and (almost)
instantaneous confirmation of QSO's for ARRL
Awards.

SO.. they get it!

As soon as the system is installed and almost
before the first data stream stops being
uploaded, the cry goes up "WHAT ABOUT OTHER
GROUPS??"

Please.. give it a chance to get settled and
running smoothly.
